Founded in April 2007, PMC was established to provide advice and guidance, consultancy, market research and session delivery in the areas of post-16 education and social mobility. PMC's founding director, Phil Moss, worked in the higher education sector since November 1990, and as Student Recruitment Manager at the London School of Economics October 1999 - April 2007.

PMC has worked with a large number of organisations, including The College of Law, The Sutton Trust, leading law firms and the wider legal profession, United World Colleges, schools and colleges in the UK & Europe and Russell Group universities, along with individual students and their families. Recently, PMC has diversified to include association football in its portfolio thanks to Phil's involvement with Ebbsfleet United FC.

PMC currently provides bespoke event and project management, session development and delivery, research and writing. These are delivered within the areas of association football, post-16 education and career development, university advice and guidance, and the legal profession. Of particular interest and expertise is work which focuses upon diversity, inclusion and social mobility, enabling individuals to reach their potential irrespective of their background, economic status, gender, race, religion or sexual orientation.
